A new school year begins
We would like to welcome all the new parents to a new school year at Sunnyside Elementary. The first day of school is officially August 28, and we hope to see you there.
If you haven’t yet received any information regarding your classroom assignments, or the other usual information packets, don’t panic. That information should be forthcoming. I’ll post any news I have here if necessary.
Kindergarten parents (and returning families who would like to meet and greet them) are invited to a Welcome Night this Thursday August 24, 5pm-7pm. We will have a playdate in the playground, followed by a visit with Principal Schlenke and the K-teachers in the classrooms.
In the mean time, enjoy the last days of summer vacation.
