Sunnyside Season of Giving
During the holiday season, you may be planning to give a gift to your classroom teacher or another special staff member. Although some people do give gifts, it is not expected or necessary. If you want to provide a special gift that they will especially appreciate, please consider choosing a gift they have requested for their classrooms.
The teachers and staff have provided “wishlist” suggestions for Rainy Day games, puzzles, supplies and other classroom needs. These gift ideas are on the suns on the tree in the hall with a few suggestions for equipment that will benefit the entire school. You can also find the lists here.
Please remove a sun (or suns) form the tree if you plan to give that gift. You can also pitch in with other people to buy a gift. Bring your gift to the teacher or classroom the last week of school before the break with the sun attached.
Please consider honoring your classroom teacher, the coaches and the other staff members with something from our Season of Giving display.
