The Garden Committee needs your help! Bring your shovels, hedge clippers, work gloves, loppers and other garden tools and help build new garden plots for the kids.
  • Turn the side yards abutting the schoolyard fence on Flood street into garden plots. Remove tress and dig up grass.
  • Install short fencing to protect the garden plots
  • Remove the lone shrub in front of the school on Foerster Street
We are lucky enough to have a few Stanford alumni volunteers coming to help, but we  need Sunnyside kids and parent volunteers as well. If you can make it for just an hour, please let us know.

Contact Karen Franklin at krf.1sf@gmail.com or Cathy Meyer at mulkeymeyer@att.net, (415) 794-2203 if you can help.

  • Eat a good healthy breakfast
  • During testing, listen & read carefully
  • Relax while you take the test, show what you know
