Five classrooms at Sunnyside have been participating in a program with the San Francisco Opera.  Come and check out all their hard work!!!!

Support for the 2012-2013 San Francisco Opera Education Department's ARIA (Arts Resources In Action) school programs has been provided by our lead sponsor Union Bank. SpringFest
Sunday, May 19

Live performances! including music by the Montara Mountain Boys and The Christopher Ford Band and dance performances by Na Lei Hulu Humana and more.

Food! Premium burgers and fixins' provided by the food truck Doc's of the Bay and locally-made tortas and empanadas.
Student art will be on display for viewing and sale at the annual art show!

Activities for kids of all ages (and some will even appeal to their parents!)

An exciting raffle raises $20,000 for the school and offers great prizes like gift certificates to stores, activities, and tickets to Disneyland! We are always looking for great prize donations--stay tuned for how you can help!

Plan some summer fun by signing up for some great Count-Me-In's.  Some will even be hosted by our wonderful teachers!

Stay tuned for ways that you can help make this a celebration that our kids will remember!

The second grade classes will be performing a collection of short dances on Thursday, May 16th at 9:30 AM. Experience the fun as the classes take you on a journey through Puerto Rico, Brazil, Africa and Jamaica in this 15 minute World Dance Celebration performance.
